Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent free internet connection. Good location easy reachable from the bus station and offering a convenient accessibility to main interest points of the city. Good money value.
Both of the rooms I have tried had more or less serious problems with the sewage system and a bad smoke smell, which is very unpleasant especially for non-smokers. The quality of the breakfast was very poor: no fruits of any kind and bad coffee. It was a bit noisy...

The rooms were very dirty and the bath room was dirty and far under standard level. Long black hairs all over the floor and even on the 'clean' towels there were long black hairs. Breakfast was very poor.
